I live in the country and have a long driveway (1/2 mile). We left the gate open and were at the house expecting a delivery that required an a signature. The package was not delivered but the driver left a door tag on the keypad at the gate stating the delivery couldn’t be made because nobody was present to sign. The driver did not come down the driveway to the house where we were.

I was not going to post about this but after multiple bad experiences I need to. There has now been multiple times where FedEx here in Victoria has been totally wrong on delivery. Another bad experience is how damaged the box is when I received it. I have used FedEx in other cities and never had this bad of an experience. If there is an option to
use another mailing service than FedEx I will always pick the other. Sadly some circumstances I can’t pick another service.

I will always use UPS for the state Ford. I’ve been trying to track a package for my daughter. It was supposed to be here last week and they can’t even tell me where it’s at. I’ve offered to go pick it up and I’ve met with red tape there too, but they won’t tell me it’s lost. We’re basically just waiting and hoping it’s delivered.

Fedex missed delivering to my office 2 days so I requested they leave it at the station and I'll pick it up. Stopped by Saturday at 11:55 am but they were unable to find the package. So I left extremely frustrated. As I pulled into my neighborhood Fedex called to let me know my package had been located. Did I want to return and pick it up? Of course not, just deliver it on Monday please. Ten minutes later they called and asked for my home address. Fifteen minutes later my package was dropped off. That is how businesses should operate. Thank you Fedex!!
