I stopped by there on my way from Corpus to Houston to get new tires. I didn't have an appointment, so I planned on being there for a while. They had me in and out in about 45 minutes. And the people who work there are just as friendly and helpful as can be.

It's completely ridiculous, they told me because of weekend it needed two hours for the service of rotation and balance. I waited over there for two hours and then I saw my car was moved from parking lot to garage. Just only after 3 minutes they told me they had done. You know.......
