crossroads (nexus) treated my cat very poorly. she has an auto immune disease so she scratches a lot. we took her to crossroads because at the time we did not know she had an auto immune disease so we went looking for help.( Dr.mark was never an issue it was everyone else)when the tech went to put her in a cage in the back the tech accidentally slammed the door on her neck so my scared cat bit her which resolved in my cat being quarantined. i didn’t get a call from crossroads at all letting me know what happened i got a call from animal control telling me what happened a day later! i called crossroads very upset and all they had to say was “the receptionist was suppose to call you she forgot” the ladies in the front were very rude with this whole situation. during the quarantine I called every day to make sure my cat was okay and they were telling me “she’s eating She’s using the litter box” which she’s not litter box trained so i knew that was a lie and when they gave me her back she was skin and bones and so fragile and scared. i could never ever take any of my animals to that place. we now go to navarro small animal clinic absolutely amazing the first visit they found her diagnose and she’s never been better. when they called crossroads for my cats records they put “aggressive” on her paperwork when she’s the sweetest cat in the world even the techs at small animal clinic were loving on her! my cat was never the problem the workers at crossroads were.

Does not have a vet there daily. If you're pet needs to be seen for something wrong it has to be scheduled on a day they have a vet.
