The man opened the back door and said you call look the ones over there. And went back to his office. I saw RVs that smelled of water damage and dirty. The other RVs had the staircases up and locked doors. Bad business.😱

My first visit to Camper City to replace a fan in my Coleman Mach RV AC. $150 to diagnose, I can understand that. And then $80 plus tax for the fan. Unfortunately, they did not have the fan in stock so they rescheduled me to come back in a week so they could finish the job.Repairman even said had fan had been in stock, it would have been finished right then, no other charges.
I came back when the part arrived, same job, and I was charged ANOTHER $150 walk in the door charge AGAIN! Plus $75 for half an hour for him to put the fan in which he was done in just a few minutes.
Not my fault the part was not in stock and I didn't know until I came back on THEIR rescheduling that I was going to be charged $150 walk in the door fee AGAIN, same job, and they'd already taken my rig to the back. It wasn't my fault the part wasn't in stock when I was there the first time. I should not have had to pay the '$150 walk in the door fee' again. And mind you this is a fan for a Coleman Mach RV AC unit, one of the most widely used AC units in the entire RV industry, but they didn't have a replacement fan in stock.
When I talked to the owner's wife, she said that it wasn't their fault either. I said well I'm not the owner of the store why am I having to pay another walk in the door fee? She said I agreed to it when I signed for the job to be done. I said I did agree to it the first time, but not the second and now that I need to bring my rig back again, I'd be getting it again. And she said I would be. That would make $450 just in fees just to walk in the door, not counting any more repair work at all, that would be on top of the walk in the door fees. I can't afford this! All of this for a fan that was not put in correctly according to the next mechanic I had to take it to to finish the job.
When I tried to plead my case to her, she said that it would probably be better if I just didn't come back even though it's still not fixed and now it makes a more horrible noise than it did originally. I have pictures, video, and receipts.
So just ask questions and make sure you understand the process. It never occurred to me that they would charge me an additional $150 walk in the door fee just to finish the job because THEY didn't have the part in the first time. Make sure you understand that every single time you walk in the door, even if it's the third time having to return for the SAME job and they had to order a part and you had to come back in order for them to complete the job, you're still going to pay the $150 walk in the door fee plus whatever it takes for to get the job done and cost of parts.
One video for starting and for turning off unit after alleged repair, AFTER supposed repair.

I'm only 36, and I've got to say that Ricky is the single most helpful professional that I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. He's knowledgeable, informative, and patient. I couldn't have fixed the camper A/C for my disabled son (of whom he was unaware) without his help. Prompt service from everyone there, but Ricky dealt with me all week with no problems. My new go-to for rv issues.

If you need repairs to an RV, this business is way to go. I had work that needed done and was new to the area. He took a lot of time to find the parts I needed, and to order them and get them on quickly. Five stars only because that is the size it goes.

Great business! Extremely reputable RV repair highly recommend. We were in a bind to have our trailer repaired to get it home to belton and they ordered our parts quickly had us on our way. Extremely reasonably price for a RV shop. Highly recommend this business.

After renting a trailer for 4 nights, we were charged an additional $155 because a trailer tire blew out on our return home. The spare on the trailer was rotten and unable to be used so we had to buy a tire to make it home. Be very careful renting anything from these people, because they take no responsibility for the condition of their equipment when renting it to you. They accused us of running over something causing yhe tire to blow out, but it was a resr tire, do we would have run over it with the front tire first. Will never rent from them again. Lesson learned.
