Traveling halfway across the country and finding ourselves stranded in what seemed like the middle of no-where Texas with a newborn, two dogs and luggage, our (brand new) vehicle needed to be towed to the nearest Hyundai at 11pm on holiday weekend. Being active duty in the military, it was imperative that we got back in time and we were mentally preparing to pay thousands of dollars on a rental vehicle and having to eat the cost of shipping our vehicle back across the country. Ashton, the customer service rep had amazing communication skills and updated us every step of the way, ensuring us that she would "EXHAUST ALL EFFORTS" to get us back on the road before the weekend was up.
