We purchased a bedroom set July, 2023. It was originally $2,000, and we got it on sale for around $1,300. On Sunday, March 3, my husband sat on the edge of the bed, and the rail broke in half. He weighs 200 pounds. I walled the Victoria store on Monday morning. I was asked to send a picture and a description of what had happened. I was told we would hear back by the end of the day. They told me it would be covered under the warranty. We would have a technician come by to repair it , or we would get a new rail. We got no call. I called back Tuesday morning, and was told we would get a call by the end of the day. We got no call. I called Wednesday morning, and was told that customer service hasn't gotten back to them. I called customer service and was told it wasn't covered under the warranty, but we could purchase a new rail. I questioned it, and was told it wasn't a manufacturer defect. The rail is made up of what looks like pressed cardboard. The sticker on the bed says it was made in Malaysia. We will never purchase any kind of furniture from Bels again.

Calvin was extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Evan was just as great!! He set everything up for us & didnt leave until we were satisfied. Had a great experience...I would definitely recommend Bel Furniture.

We've purchased from Bel in the past and were always satisfied with the furniture and customer service. We went in just looking for a sectional and came out with a nice sleeper sectional couch that fits our needs perfectly.

Been waiting months for our living room furniture and have been lied to multiple times now. I have canceled appointments to make sure I’m home on the day of delivery. I just keep getting the go around. Customer service could care less about trying to make things right. Managers were no help either and could care less.
