“Was in a real pickle before I called them up. Broke my wheel on my foxbody yesterday and have been frantically trying to find one here in town and would pay anything to get it. Called up maybe 8-9 various shops trying to find some parts. None would oblige, a few had some but wouldn’t sell. Then I called up VLZ and not even one ring went by and I was Advising her of my issues and within a hour the owner of the shop personally called me and got me set straight. Very professional and positive staff.”

They didn’t forbid me to see the progress of the work when I went back inside the big shop! “When it comes to car battery, they can help trouble shoot , and do maintenance on battery. Especially those Nissan vehicles. They always seem to die every 2 yrs but these Guys made it last longer. I have been a interstate battery guy for a long time
I'll leave it at a 4 because I was a bit disappointed they couldn't put a simple battery on my motorcycle ?.
Maybe they didnt want to mess up my motorcycle and be libel for damages but
Tools were offer and I change it in the parking lot.
Note: not all motorcycle batteries are available on spot. Might have to order but it's worth it”

Traveling halfway across the country and finding ourselves stranded in what seemed like the middle of no-where Texas with a newborn, two dogs and luggage, our (brand new) vehicle needed to be towed to the nearest Hyundai at 11pm on holiday weekend. Being active duty in the military, it was imperative that we got back in time and we were mentally preparing to pay thousands of dollars on a rental vehicle and having to eat the cost of shipping our vehicle back across the country. Ashton, the customer service rep had amazing communication skills and updated us every step of the way, ensuring us that she would "EXHAUST ALL EFFORTS" to get us back on the road before the weekend was up. Thanks to the service manager, Angela, and the foreman, Rick, they resolved a major issue and we were back on the road the very next day. Highly recommended and very trustworthy. If you're looking for a place with integrity and cares more about customer satisfaction than making money, this is the spot!”

“The amazing. I went to All Pro Paint & Body on Feb.23, my grandpa's heavenly birthday. I had messed up my bumper from parking in Houston when I had taken grandpa to his cancer appointments. I waited out getting it fixed for a year now so I held it up with tape all this time. Anyways, before even knowing this Joey said he could put my bumper bolts in place for free, and said he could align my other side of my bumper for a very affordable price. “I had a steel line start leaking on a Mahindra tractor and went to a local Napa auto parts store Saturday morning in Yorktown to have a rubber line made up to replace it and they did not have metric fittings so the man referred me to Hansa in Victoria.I'm happy that he did. The people that I met today are nice folks that are very knowledgeable when it comes to hydraulicsI showed up Monday morning shortly after they opened up. They knew exactly what I needed and fixed me up immediately and I was back on the road headed back to Yorktown and in the field working with my tractor again by 11 a.m.Even though it takes me almost an hour to get to them I don't think I will ever go anywhere else for hydraulic hoses because I know if I walk in there needing anything hydraulic related they will have it and they will have it at a reasonable price.Thank you for the great service.Kenny Roberts”
