“It's a convenient location for me, as it's close to my work. But, it really irritates me when I find products that I love, and then they stop selling them. Their buyers really suck. I was buying HEB Vanilla Caramel coffee creamer. It tasted just like International Delight's Vanilla Carmel Cream. The buyers decided to go with Hill Country Fare's version. Tastes like it has fingernail polish remover in it. I bought it once, and returned all 6 that I bought. All had the same batch number. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch, so I bought 1 with a different number on it. Same taste. Had to throw it out. Now they've decided to not carry their HEB Cowboy Steak Fries. They are kinda like the chicken fries only made with steak. Awesome. Now I can't find them any where. Not even online at another store. Maybe I'll start shopping at Dick's. They're family owned, and they probably don't stop selling things that their customers like.”

“Edit! Owner came out and greatly apologized about everything!! That means so much! Shows how much he loves his business and his customers greatly! That's true business ethics! Love Table of 5. Order 2 fried pickles, halftime burger, Swiss burger, and 20 wings. Order was brought out. Waitress said the Swiss burger is a few minutes behind. (Ok 5-15 in our mind) Well... it did not. Everyone ate their food (minus 1 basket of pickles submerged in grease- pic is of what we tried to salvage) Asked server again what about the other burger. (Poor guy is starving) Out comes another halftime burger (not the Swiss burger) complained wrong burger..!!! She said keep your the halftime burger. Kitchen is over loaded. Watching game 6 World Series. Got here at 7:06 and just got last burger at 9:00pm”
