“This will be the second year my daughter has stayed here while going to University Of Houston Victoria. They are way better than the dorms the freshman stay in. Maintenance is pretty good about fixing stuff there's just a little process you have to go through to turn in anything that is broke. They seem to be relatively clean and nice.”
“I've been living here for going on 2 years and I can say it's been good. All my neighbors are polite and we communicate on a regular basis. The maintenance men are polite and courteous especially David. As soon as something goes out they are here to fix it. Our AC, plumbing,and fridge have all given us issues here , and all where take care of in a timely manner. Our fridge went out and we had a new one in less than 2 hours of making our request. That was amazing and none of our food went bad . They have new management that are very polite also.”
