I have never in my life had a bad experience with Aarons, so it breaks my heart to have to make this review, but this location is awful, I made an order online and was charged but the page glitched out and the lease was not completed so I called to get my money back and it takes days because nobody can find out what happened, then I finally get my money back and decide to take a break before trying again. well they keep calling and harassing me until I say fine I will go ahead and complete the order right now, only for them to tell me “we don’t have those products in our store”…. Then why are you calling my phone like I owe you money? I will never try to do business with this location ever again, and I strongly suggest nobody else do. And usually I would take into consideration that it’s the holidays and businesses have it rough at that time of year but they’re the ones who kept calling me so they get zero slack this time. If you wanted to complete the order, you should’ve made sure you had the items in the order.??♀️

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago, and still have not received it. No one from the store called to let me know what's going on or what the delay is. I got rid of my old furniture cause the website said it would be 2-3 days, and it's been 2 weeks. Now with nowhere to sit and watch TV, we are forced to sit on the hard concrete floor to watch TV. Thir whole ordeal has been a real big inconvenience. Not recommending Aaron's to anyone

Terrible management. They were harassing my girlfriend at her house by knocking on ALL her windows and harassing me when I had to go to work. They attempted to stop me from going to work and had to force myself away. They also claimed late payments yet in the app my girlfriend was ALL CAUGHT UP! would absolutely not recommend. Say what you will about how shady RAC is they do NOT harass their customers.

I was able to get a really great washer at payments that fit in with my budget. I am looking forward to paying my washer off so that I can get a small deep freezer. Thanks Aaron's for making this a easy way to get what I need and getting auto pay for it.

They double charged us for our bed! The local store will not doing anything. The customer care service is saying to contact the local store even though they are not doing anything. We will be telling them to come pick up the bed tomorrow and give us our money back!We have used them for 6 years now and we will never be using them again!

I was going to buy a new bedroom set, mattress and box springs. Ordered online, then the store called me and insisted that I set up auto pay. I politely said no, I have done business with Aaron’s for years and paid on time or before my payment is due. Many times paid more than amount due to get paid off sooner. They were adamant that I set up auto pay, I said no, I don’t let anyone take from my account automatically ever. So long story short, they lost their sale. Worst customer service ever, all they care about is taking your money from your account.

Told them to pick up furniture, or resolve payment s with my ex., 6mths later and a bunch of calls. Still haven't done anything. Still charging my account!?!?! Wth???

My aunt received a bed from them and the motor was out when they delivered it. When my dad tried to resolve it the lady named Erica was rude and gave him attitude. So he asked to speak to a manager and the manager was too busy to deal with situations cause he was doing inventory. He eventually was able too talk to manager but he did resolve any thing so my dad told them to come and pick it up and they still haven’t pick it up and it’s been a week. Worst customer service. If I could give them no stars I would. Used to be a good place. I don’t know what happen

Worst customer service in the world if you can use anybody else do not he was Aarons I set up this account with autopay when I got a new card I called made the payment needed for the rest of the month and then gave her the card number for the auto-pay she failed to set it up so I get an email two days after the first saying my account is past due I call them I tell the gentleman on the phone what happened he says let's set it up for your next payday and the payday after so that you don't overdraft your account this month I thought wonderful you're awesome you know since I'm calling in to make the correction now 2 days after that some lady called me from Aarons can't understand why I'm upset telling me she'll just set up for them to come get it from me when I ask for another representative she denies it and hangs up on me if you cannot understand why your customer may be upset you should not be in this industry they will not be getting their washer and dryer back they will either work with me or they will take the hit because that is my washer and dryer now
