1 of the easiest Truck purchasing experiences i ever had without putting a foot in the dealership and being 3 hours away. The sales person all the way to the Finance lady was great and answered all my questions and gave me fair number on my trade. No one was pushing for a sale. I highly recommend Rodney Moore for your salesman.

We were driving past Amarillo and our def light came on. Made a quick call to the dealership here in Vernon Texas and they got us fixed up and back on our way. I would highly recommend the service department, they were awesome.

I been having a steering issue that required a mechanic to diagnose and repair on my 17 ram dually. After making an appt and dropping the truck off, they called and said theirs nothing wrong with it. After explaining again what it's doing they called back and said i needed$1800 in repairs. After the repairs were made i left town the next morning. I STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE! I FEEL LIKE THEY JUST THREW PARTS AT IT IN HOPES IT WOULD FIX IT AND GET MY MONEY! I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

My husband and I bought Ram 2500 from Rodney and his team. This was the best dealership and quick deal we have ever experienced. My husband is already talking about the next time. Great group of people.

Pointed out some flaws with the used vehicle I purchased prior to signing to the driver that delivered it. Prior to signing I sent pics and told *********** *************** about it they told me they would address it and the driver told me they should take care if it. I find out later the driver isnt even an employee of theirs. They kept stating were losing money. The dont on the door was fixed but they refused to fix the safety sensors. Just make sure if you buy anything used from them you check it in detail because they said it was like new and clean and I believed them since it was only 10k miles. ** top of that they stated the vehicle I traded in a Alfa ***** 2022 with 17k miles had an engine issue I get an email stating from an Alfa ***** dealership that the car was seen and had no mechanical issues it was sound and all under warranty. They had to lie just to make it seem like they lost so much money my ***** blue book value was 37k they took it for 32 and they did not want to budge. Just disappointed I really trusted them. Money is all they care about it seems

I contacted this dealership one time to ask a question about a vehicle. “Does this truck have 4:10 gears?” They wanted my number and email and all kinds of info. I got my question answered and I specifically told them that I would get back to them if I had any further questions and to not put my information on some lead sheet were sales people call me repeatedly trying to sell me something. I have since received numerous text messages and phone calls. I’ve asked them to stop and I have replied in the text messages to stop and it keeps happening. Will I buy that $90k truck from here? Not a chance now.***Update. Still getting calls from this place.***Again, still calling me.

The team at Vernon's Chrysler was super friendly. But more than that honest. Instead of wasting my time and theirs. Charging me for diagnostics, they did what they could without causing more work, risking not having the replacement parts to put it back together. Thank you
