The Team at Vernon Chevrolet/GMC was beyond awesome! There was never a step in the purchasing process that was not on par with the highest level one would expect when trying to find a vehicle to buy. I highly recommend anyone looking for their next new car/truck/van stop by Vernon Chevrolet/GMC and enjoy the same experience I did. Tell them Mark Wolfe sent you!The MANUFACTURER however has shown their true colors and care for NOONE but themselves. My new vehicle sat over 500 miles away at a shipping port for over two weeks waiting on a truck to deliver it. There was no time frame being tracked or managed by the manufacturer for the vehicle being delivered to the dealer, only a demand from the manufacturer to pay for the merchandise they built. I had to authorize the dealer to put over 500 miles on my "BRAND NEW" vehicle before I even saw it, much less drove it for the first time.The Chevrolet Company owes me compensation for the 500 miles put on my vehicle due to their inconsideration for customers and dealerships that reside in the smaller towns of America.Chevy claims to be the truck America drives, but they are not a company that tries to make driving that truck worth while or easy to obtain.
