John is my favorite representative to go to, he gets you in and out of the store fast and he doesn't upsell items to my kids, just me and my husband so that's a huge plus! I hate when a rep suggests getting my 3 year old a smart watch.

John went above and beyond getting my grandmother's phone set up. Even came in on his day off to make sure her phone was working properly. His experience and compassion was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who uses Verizon in Vernon TX.
