“Got stranded in Chilicothe on Friday night with a destroyed wheel bearing on our newly acquired RV. It was after 5, but we found the after hours number on the door and called for help finding some difficult parts. Glenda came out to meet us at the store. She was the most knowledgeable person on car parts I've ever met. She was so kind and so generous with her time (she was missing the Friday night football game and her husband's high-school reunion.) We were so incredibly blessed to have found such incredible folks! Thank you so much for amazing service.”
“Around Christmas 2020 our SUV was totaled and towed to Taylor Body Shop. The owner Travis then drove my family over 3 hours, one way, back to our home. He also stored our SUV and dealt with the insurance company without any extra charge. His above and beyond embodied the Christmas spirit.”
“Used Auto Detailing service. Rated the service a 3 after getting car back due to a bad smell in the car. It didn’t go away after a few days so I took it back in and advised Albert of th problem. He immediately got into car and found what was causing the smell. He had me bring the car back in and they spent a lot of time redoing the interior and replaced the cabin filter all at no additional cost to me. When they delivered the car back to me it was odor free and smelled like a new car. Would recommend their service to everyone.”
