There are no words to describe Phil.. well maybe.. he is extraordinary! I met him while selling my first home, was going thru divorce and was a difficult time for me, he made the process smooth and left a lifetime good impression, as soon as I was ready to buy my second home I gave him a call and he helped me to find the house of my dreams and even referred me to the loan officer I needed in order to get it! I reccomend him 100% I got a realtor before him and saw many houses that I was interested in and she did not help at all. She kept delaying and she wouldnt answer me I guess since she saw me young and she had better options. And as a first time buyer I didn't know anything but. . . . . . .
