James is the best pest exterminator I have ever used by far. He is always prompt when you contact him and when he does his visits. He is caring, kind, thorough and explains everything very easily. His customer service skills are amazing. If I ever need services again I know exactly who to call.

I can’t say enough good things about James and Drop Shot Pest Control. He has been treating my home quarterly since the day I moved in almost 6 years ago and he helps to keep my home pest free. He is punctual, professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He treats the inside and outside and will let you know of any issues that he sees. He cares about his customers and it’s evident in the work that he does. Great professional service thats scheduled every 3 months. We have used Drop Shot Pest Control since we moved to the area in 2021. Never had any issues with pests either inside or out. James is very knowledgeable, does through inspections and treats the whole house so we have no unwanted visitors.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination

I have my home sprayed every 2 months. James has been very professional and knowledgeable about issues I've had. First were scorpions. He came right out and got the issue taken care of. Next issue has been ants... I had him come out and spray and it was killing the ants but I was still finding them alive so he came back out and did another inspection. I've now noticed way less dead and alive ants so that's a win in my book.Pricing is very far in my opinion as well.Services: Spider extermination

This service was the best that I could have found after having spoken with several companies, I think that with none I would have been as satisfied as this one. James arrived at the time he had indicated, he explains how he will do the service, he has a lot of patience, it is not like others that what they want is only money and already in other companies. James is not going to charge you for something he did not do, he is so aware of what he does at the price that has to be done, it is very economical in terms of price, I recommend it 100%, I am sure I would call him again when I have any trouble.

James is very professional and on time. I have used him for years and always handles the job. I do not have any complaints. If you still see bugs after your bug guy comes your not using James and you should give him a call ASAP!

James does such an amazing job every time he comes to our home!!He is very caring of the customers needs, and exterminates so well outside my home, that the inside does not need to be sprayed! I feel when he does this, it keeps my family, and pets safe.He’s the first exterminator I have ever had, that believes this way!Plus..he removes his shoes, or wears “inside shoes” IF he has to come inside.Please consider him and his knowledge! Drop Shot Pest Control is by far the best pest control company we have ever used. James is prompt, professional and courteous and he explains exactly what he is going to do up front. His prices are great and his work is even better and he never tries to up sale you. He does a thorough inspection before he begins and lets you know exactly what needs to be done.He has been doing our home for several years now. There is no job too big or small. He truly cares about his clients and making them happy. I would 100% recommend him for any pest related issues you have.
