I'm sharing an incident that occurred which we (me and my spouse) found troubling enough to leave a one-star review. A Latin-American gentleman who spoke very little English prepaid $40 cash to get gas on pump 4. The attendant appears to have put it on pump 7. A bad person pumped the gas on 7 and left. The attendant refused to admit a mistake, and would not reimburse the gentleman telling him he would have to pay again. Further, the gentleman called a friend who spoke English and Spanish to help him communicate with the attendant. The attendant remained steadfast in his jerkiness and even strongly encouraged the man to leave.
We offered to cover the $40 and the attendant seemed unwilling to help even then. So, we went to the pump with the man and used our card to personally help the gentleman get his gas. Witnessing what appears to be blatant racism on the attendant's part is disturbing. I encourage management to check their tapes.

There are some bad reviews on here, but management must have taken notice because this is one of the nicest Pilots we have visited. We pull an RV trailer, and this is the first time we have seen a dedicated lane for RVs offering diesel and gas! We have a small mini doxie, and there were plenty of grassy areas for her to do her business. Inside was clean with plenty of food choices. Cashier was a very accommodating and pleasant young man. Would definitely stop here again!

There’s quite a few bad reviews for this Pilot. I gotta say they musta cleaned up their act bc all is good! Clean stocked up store! Clean bathrooms! Plenty of hot/cold foods! Souvenirs. Friendly. We stopped in for bathroom/ lunch quick so we didn’t use showers. It’s a pretty small lot, kinda up against fuel lanes so that’s a lil crazy but otherwise all was good!

Walking in to this Pilot was awful! Cashier behind the counter had a hoodie on , covering most of his face no name tag. There a spill, a six foot radius of water under the drink cooler without a caution sign. Told the cashier with the hoodie . He just shrugged his shoulders and said “I know” , his hands in his pockets. There was a trucker walking around with his shirt completely unbuttoned, walking around with his chest exposed. Should have known by the woman standing at the door dressed like she was soliciting her self. Where is the manager?

Rv pumps can't be used without going inside to "see the cashier." The one I interacted with thought they didn't work because 'the internet was down.' And couldn't comprehend that I wanted to fill up my gas tank, so I didn't know how much it was going to take. Then couldn't do math to estimate how much 25 to 28 gallons at $2.949 would be. I chose $85 and it came out to $83.19. Gas was cheaper 10 miles closer to Amarillo.

It's apparent they got a new manager since the last time I was in here! First the store is dirty af, the outside and inside!! Then once you go inside there is the screaming, you can't understand music, very loud over the intercom speakers. I was very disappointed tonight. When I asked about the garbage spewing out of the speakers, he said that's what my manager likes. I responded with apparently he forgot he was in Texas! Very disappointed ?
