If you're traveling through Amarillo on your way to Santa Fe, do yourself a favor and stop at this Punjabi Dhaba! Located just 30 minutes from Amarillo, it's a hidden gem offering authentic Punjabi cuisine. We tried the mixed parantha, chicken biryani, and saag paneer, and every dish was on point. Highly recommended!
