My son broke down while traveling through Texas. He spoke to the shop first thing in the morning and they were able to run the scanner to confirm what we thought. Unfortunately the car needs a new engine, but the folks were nice and referred a great towing company to get him and his car where we needed.

Don’t go here didn’t fix my problem added extra stuff that I didn’t asked for. They charged me $500 and left the car without fixing they told me to go somewhere else they couldn’t fix it

We blew a tire on our RV while travelling back to AZ. Not only did they have the right tire to replace it, but they changed it and had us back on the road in 15 minutes! Amazing service and a great price!

Altinator quit charging. Lucky for us it was noticed at fuel station. Waited for parts store to open saturday am. Unfortunately they didnt have the altinator i needed . Groneman sent his wife to find us one. And she did. We were back on the road in few hrs. And with our arms n and legs, lol. Cant say thank you enough!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was nothing but nice and respectful to the people here, but it was not returned. Based on my experience here, the west Texas friendliness and hospitality with which I was raised to treat others may be disappearing. When I walked in, three or four men and one woman were sitting idly. There's nothing wrong with that. However, when I asked them to rotate my tires, you would have thought I asked for a kidney. The men begrudgingly got up to do it and ignored me twice when I asked them to cut off a piece of plastic that was rubbing a tire. When I asked a third time, still trying to win them over with kindness, one of them grabbed a box cutter and took the extra ten seconds to do it. The whole thing took about five minutes. There was no offer to balance them or check my fluids or anything, even though they knew I was traveling, and it didn't occur to me to ask until later. I don't think anyone there smiled at me once the whole time.
