Not sure why all the negative reviews. My mail man is great and always on time. For the people complaining about how the mailman won't come up to your house you need to understand where live and how many places they have to deliver every day. If you don't have a proper mailbox you aren't going to get your mail...

Refuses to deliver packages to my house, awful customer service, and they are closed more often than open so you hardly have a chance to pick up the packages they refuse to deliver.
