If there was a way to give a negative rating, Texas Cellnet would earn it. Please consider ALL OTHER OPTIONS before getting their service!!!! This company provides ZERO support to paying customers whose service is inturreted over the weekend. They are well aware their service is fragile at best and non existent at worst when it rains, yet they continue to offer no solutions to customers whose service goes out during the weekend. This company never fails to consistently disappoint

Awful service, when it storms prepare for no HSI. Uneducated techs. Buy a tower?! Prepare for other customers to link to your tower. The he sooner this company goes out of business the better. Outdated equipment, shoddy installs. If you play games via internet don’t even wast your time. This is the equivalent of net zero…. This company is the Nokia that is being left in the dust. Zero innovation, zero upgrades, zero initiative.

Unsure why all the bad reviews. I live in a very country setting with large trees all around us. We've had service for about a year and no outages since the tower was installed. Very satisfied with the service provided.

There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said. Slow speeds, bad customer support, and the internet constantly going down. All this for over $100 a month. Do not recommend.

When it works it works well but it typically goes down around 8 or 9 pm and we can't reconnect for a few hours and we can't get any real answers just told it's something on our end

Again, my upload speed is 0.00. 2 phone calls, still no return call. 2 weeks ago we did not have service for a week, but there was no adjustment on our bill. If any other internet provider checks out these reviews, come to Canton Texas, you will have plenty of new customers! ( I did not want to even give one star, but can't post without one)

Haven't had reliable internet in months. Waste of money. No one answers the phone and when they do it's useless. No fixes ever, constantly saying they are working on it. Can't be working on it for months with no solution! They seem to not care. I am also self employed and work from home and can't get internet 90% of the time. Any suggestions of another internet service provider with no problems?

Texas Cellnet, please help!! I have had you as my internet provider for a little over 2 years. Up until the past 2 months I had no problems. But lately my experience with you has been terrible and extremely frustrating! I’ve tried to be patient but i’ve just about reached the end of my rope. I work from home so it’s imperative that my internet be working well. Lately it goes out completely or slows down considerably on average 2-3 days a week. When I call I’m usually told that it’s an issue with the tower and no one ever seems to know how long it will take to fix it. The worst part is when it goes out during the weekend, like today. I’m told that the “level 2” technicians who need to get involved to fix the problem don’t work on the weekends. That’s extremely frustrating since I’m working this weekend on an important project and I guess I’m going to have to go sit at the damn Dairy Palace to use their WiFi so I can get my work done! I posted a negative review a few weeks ago when this same thing happened but then the service ended up coming back later that night and I got a call from one of your reps on Monday apologizing for the inconvenience so I felt bad about the negative review and took it down. But today I am furious...and it really takes a lot to get me this upset. Please, please help!...either fix whatever this recurring issue is or at least have someone on call on the weekends to fix it when necessary!!! I really don’t want to switch internet providers but I’m to the point where I feel like I have to.

I've had Cellnet for over a year. It's always hit and miss. Service is unreliable and buffers over 50% of the time. Can't even think about watching a movie. I work from home and some days I can't get anything done cause of no service. Lately I've been using ALL my cell phone data cause why??? No internet signal. smh I am beyond frustrated. Last week we hardly had service at all. When I called, they said they were tweaking their frequency. They tweaked the wrong way cause my service is worse than the usual bad service. Numerous calls results in nothing. I am actively looking for another provider. The money is not worth the bad service.
