Great and quik place.. update 1 year later still haven't found a place faster or with as much integrity. They accept all major fleet service accounts.main shop hand is rude . And always has a smirk when asked questions. Simple questions at that .

These folks are the absolute best. They once had to order a rim for me. The wrong rim came in, but they drove all the way to Dallas to get it right. That's service! They make wrong things right with a smile.

The positive reviews are very surprising. When I first arrived, the mechanic sat there and stared at me for five minutes straight until another car went in front of me. When I finally got into the garage 15 minutes later, the mechanic asked me some basic questions that I had ready answers for -- and which he ignored (despite repeating myself three times) and then started swearing at me. Appallingly unprofessional. I will never return to this place for any reason whatsoever, and no-one else with a shred of self-respect should either.

I have been coming to Penny's for the past 3 years after moving based on a recommendation for oil change and tire rotation. Always fast and friendly service from all. Reasonable prices.
I recently went to Pattersons Dealership in Tyler for warranty work on my vehicle and was told that I would need brakes soon. I took my car here awhile back to see if they could change them for me and was advised that I wasn't in need of brakes. The service tech also took time to show me how to tell and why they weren't needed. Honesty at a garage is hard to find. I highly recommend them!

I came in today for an inspection and then to the County Annex for my new tags, only to discover that my inspection got registered to a different vehicle! After 45 minutes of phone calls with the County Annèx, the info still wasn't properly implemented into the system. The County officer had to get the correct inspection information from Penny's by telephone. What a day!
