I called and received a prompt answer (of the phone). Explained what I was needing. Was told he'd check and see what he had and would call me back in about 2 minutes. [ I thought - great ] Didn't return my call and when I tried calling back to follow-up on a dryer part ... I got a busy signal ~ over, an over, an over !

To Start off I bought a Dryer there less than 12 hours the dryer only stopped working on the half of the dryer settings. Witch wasn’t to bad went to the other setting to just dry cloths. Now the whole thing has stopped working. For $200 dollars Im not sure why for that price. Well I’d say never buy here cause the owner has not returned my call and everytime I call this week they said oh we will have him call you. That’s okey hope for a small town business it’s okey to get away with doing customers that’s way. No less to say the employees that work there are not professional and act sketchy.

Went in to get a replacement for the dryer we had bought from them seven years before. I loved my previous dryer it worked great for years, but it was time for a new one. We found one within our price range bought it, the same day it was delivered and installed. Have been using it now everyday, works like a charm. So happy to have businesses like these within the community we can rely on for quality. Another happy customer.

Where do I start.. Got great customer service from the Start. Refrigerator went out on a Sunday, got ahold of someone next day. On a Holiday... Paid little to nothing to get a used refrigerator. They not only did they take my old refrigerator for me for free of charge. But I've got a nicer refrigerator and delivered for no cost. Thanks alot Lowe's for being there..... Will definitely be using Burns Appliances again and again...

Called to have my Frigidaire fixed, Burns recommended a man from Tyler that he said had worked for him. He highly recommended. They came out, took a look said need yada yada We paid him $60. He finally called said he'd found a part, we gave him $70 after a month and he finally came out and of course we didn't want a ‘used' part so we spent $150 buying NEW parts. They would not return our phone calls so we called Burns, he said send parts #s and images to him, Burns, he'd get done- We did. Long story short we had 30 days to return the parts we bought from Frigidaire - by now past 30 days. Beware is all I can say, in fact that's enough said. We lost $130 got nothing done, then $150 on Frigidaire parts that the company will not take back because after 30 days. Never have seen Burns once. Dont use these people.
