Wifi is terrible. Might as well be non existent. Everything is gravel and needs to be graded by a tractor. The only good thing is that it was nice and quiet. Won't be back.

BEWARE!!Corporate doesn’t care about this park.We stayed for about 7 months. There has been about 7 vehicles stolen while we were there and one was ours. Our buddy had his stolen this morning.The cops and the managers working there are trying their best but it’s just ridiculous at this point. It’s a beautiful park just unfortunate it’s ran by a big corporation that doesn’t care.

Well let’s just say the place ha great opportunity . It is a good location for construction workers. However they are supposed to treat the water here as they recycle it but they don’t, so when the sprinklers come on it smells like a sewer plant. They change the rate on the long term people constantly. One month it’s all bills paid next you must pay electric. The office closes earlier than the hours posted so mail received builds up. The folks that manage the office all they do is take the money. Any complaints they tell you we have to call the general manager. After a week or two they ask you to to call the general manager’s office but none of their phone numbers go to them to hear your complaints. Now the rent here is 425 a month on gravel pavement. Down the road 10 miles away a new Rv park opened and it 400 a month and on concreteNoteworthy details: Check the area before you rent here

Beautiful rv park!! It's all shaded and showers are great plus you never run out of hot water. Staff is very nice ? plenty of spots to choose from. Close to plants for work and quiet enough to just relax ?Walkability: Plus they have a convenient store.Food & drinks: Nice store with plenty of drinks and snacks

We loved this Rv resort! We didn't plan on staying because as we were driving through, our car broke down. This was the closest place to where we were. I am so glad it was. The people here (staff and residents) are incredibly nice and friendly. Everyone we met was willing to help us through our ordeal. We ended up staying for 12 nights waiting for our car. Shout out to Rhonda and Nancy in the store. Their hospitality went a long way and was very much appreciated. If you're ever driving through Bay City/Van Vleck area, this is the place you should go. Nice, shaded sites. Live oaks everywhere. Check in was a breeze. Camp store with stuff you might need. Beer and seltzer. Ice. Propane on site. Splash pad. Overall a very nice kept RV Resort.

Great place to be very quiet peaceful they take pets they have a splash pad .Very friendly price is reasonable,and they have a little store on site You can also refill your propane

Spacious sites with lots of grass and trees. Great customer service! Clean shower houses and laundry. Nice BBQ grills near a shady ramada. Fun half court for the kiddos to a shoot some hoops. The store has RV supplies, food staples, ice, wine, beer, smokes, and variety of drinks/snacks at a good price. Propane dispensing at a good rate.

We were at this park for a little over 2 months for a job. The people in the office were awesome and were happy to help with anything. The sites are spaced good and the park is very peaceful. I love all the big oak trees. If I had one complaint I would say the electric is a little high and the weekly rate is not cheap lol but definitely wont keep me from coming back if we are ever in that area again. I highly recommend this park .

Plenty of room, not all jammed up to the trailer next to you. Concrete pads for trailer and truck parking. All the grass is mowed regular and trimmed around your trailer. Nice laundry room and bath house and a convenience store onsite. Also have propane filling station and reasonably priced. Real nice folks that manage the place. Monthly rate is about an average rate, there are cheaper places around and a couple that are higher in price. Some lots have nice shade trees and others without if you'd prefer not to be under a tree. Looks like there may be a few permanent residence but all are kept up nice and clean. Back in Sugar Valley one more time 2021 March. Posted a couple new pics. Added a nice splash park for the kids to play in, ill post a pic and video.Refund policy has changed, if you have stayed here before you might want to ask about it.

The Sugar Valley RV Resort is a great place to stay! The lots are nice and big, the park is quiet and the staff is AMAZING! They are all so friendly and they know you by name!

We moved in to SugarValley Rv Resort NEWYEARSOF 2021 With a verable agreement that we did not have to give notice before leaving. And if what some thing done you have to threaten to call the owner to get anything done. Then they also went up on rent which was $25 which we were ok with when we should have moved then cuz we could have gotten concrete Pad and ca ble for we paid there. Any way we did move and I told the lady Theresa and Nick and one of the maintenance men threw that we were moving either when my husband got off or the next morning depended on what time he got off. We were paid up till the 27 of this month .And they said they were too keep our 150.deposit because we dint let them know when they did know .So you believe anything they say..

Very friendly staff, nice place to stay. I cannot say enough about how helpful all the staff are, willing to help in any way. We stayed only one night as we were driving through but would have stayed longer without a problem. Blessed that we came across this park.

Sugar Valley RV resort and country store we have been here for a few months everybody is really nice and friendly the ladies at that office and Curtis go out of their way to make sure you are taking care of very good place to stay I would recommend it to anyone. very quiet At the office they have their on Store which it is very convenient the washroom very clean they have bathrooms and showers very clean. Very good place to stay
