I had my package stolen with the break in recently, the post master told me my package was stolen, that everything was ok...and there was no insurance on the package. How is that ok to her? I called USPS and lo and behold, I did have insurance and could file a claim. Shame on the post Master for lying and not giving correct paperwork, or even a response. Instead of spending thousands of dollars on landscaping, she should be concerned about an alarm system and cameras so it cannot be burglarized. She alsl needs to learn how to talk to the employees- she is down right rude to the tall Christian lady.

Starting about 6/7 months ago the service has been the absolute worst! Mail is getting sent back, we aren't getting mail on time or it ends up misplaced. We need to get someone with better customer service as well as someone whom will know what they are doing. Hhheeeellllpppppp!!!!!
