I walk in and ask for a price on a steel oil drain pan. He said 19.98. I asked if you could bring the big 22 quart down off the topshelf and give me a price of 55.00. I said I'll take the 22 quart. I also picked up a Hercules bed liner kit. I said this box looks old with dust on it. They don't have a long shelf life. I picked up oil and a filter. The Hercules kit was no good. Full of clumps that couldn't be taken out. After the return, I noticed the overcharge. The drive for me to get to Napa is 1 and a half hours. Look at my receipt. He charged me for both pans that I asked a price for. So I called, and they said I'll credit you the 19.98. I look at my account, the credit on my account from them of +0.00. I ask, "Will I ever see my credit?" I need to go there now and get this straight. No one should have this bumble brain stuff happen to them. My business will go somewhere else like Elpaso. It will cost me less in money's, travel, and aggravation.

I got stuck in van horn because my alternator shot out. JW was such a great help and very patient with me from 12-7 and after they closed up Mr. Vance let us borrow his tools to change my alternator. Great for everything. Thank you so much

Rock star crew, kind caring good coffee and went above and beyond to get my truck up and running after my alternator died. Told me new one would be here at noon but put in extra effort found me the right part and had me up and running (shuttled me to and from) before 10am. 500% napa has all my business now!

Just fast, efficient service. They actually seem to want to help. JW was great, pulled the correct tires we needed and had them set out so we could get to tire shop before it closed in 20 minutes.

The gentleman at this place are super helpful and friendly. They help me get the parts that I needed at a professional level. And even gave me a ride back and forth to the hotel. I'm glad that these guys were extremely helpful in the time of need thank you so much truly!!

When I had some dashboard lights flashing the friendly workers used their computers to check the error codes for free! He even gave us honest advice on what he would do in that situation

My wife had a dead battery in Van Horn, and contacted OC Triple Service Center. They told her would look at her truck in the morning, so she stayed in a hotel. After OC left her high and dry by heading out to El Paso in the morning, she contacted this Napa who not only delivered the battery, but their employee Moses installed it for her and made sure it was G2G before sending her on her way. All that for the price of $210. These guys really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I'd give them far more than 5 stars if I were able!

When I broke down, these guys made sure I got the help I needed. They were available after hours and had great insights on vehicle repair. When the part I needed wasn’t available at their location, they found it and personally went out of their way to make sure I got the part I needed that day so that I could make repairs as soon as possible. Great group of fun-loving fellas with quality know-how!

I was driving back from Arizona in my 1989 motorhome, and was having trouble. I stopped for some fuel filters and a spring and they were very helpful. I was able to make it home to Dripping Springs.
