The only reason I am leaving a star is because the lady there was very sympathetic. We reserved on Tuesday for a Saturday pickup, confirmed with local store on Friday morning to only DRIVE 3 HOURS and have our reservation canceld 15 minutes AFTER we got there because they rented the truck to someone else.
