After going there for a few months I decided to get a membership. I purchased it without the knowledge that I had to keep it for 6 months. Know one told that was the rule. I moved away 2 months ago and was still getting charged without my knowledge. I called them to cancel and told me I could email them. They still have yet to cancel my membership and are charging me for August even though I called July 1 to cancel which would've been the 30 day notice. Extremely disappointed in the girls that work there for 1. Not letting me know the rules of the membership and 2. For not being nice when my friend and I tried to cancel our membership.

Me and my friend came for their $15 halloween special spray tans. We don't get tons of spray tans and the staff was so nice in educating us. Even though I messed up, they were so nice and just laughed it off with me. They didn't make me feel stupid even though they totally could have, it's a simple process!!! I'm just dumb. The vibe of the salon is so cute and welcoming. Will be going back!!

I got a pedicure with a friend and was forced to give my credit card info to book. That was ok at first and then I was also told that they could only go gel nails, and they could not do anything special with it. No chrome, no sparkles, etc. We had an appointment, but waited 20 min. when we got there. The seat was incredibly uncomfortable to sit in. My legs were almost too short for the sink, so I had to sit on the edge of the bench which made it all very uncomfortable. The girl who did my pedicure was very quick and seemed to rush through it as fast as she could. I waited 20 min. for my friend to finish hers. That was ok, but when we went to check out they couldn't figure out how to separate our bill. They charged us both for both pedicures and the tips. They got that figured out, but NOT worth $79. Will probably not go back.

I went to this spa to get a pedicure. The girl who did mine was really rude and cut up my cuticles so bad that they were sore after and bleeding. It was really expensive for the crappy service. Pretty disappointed :/

Honestly best tanning salon in Utah. Have gone here for 4 years and love it! Very high quality beds and friendly employees!

Terrible customer service. They have a minimum cancellation policy of 6 Months which makes sense. They failed to tell me that there was a three month cancellation notice. So now I am moved and they are going to charge me for three extra months. I guess they also don't like people canceling over the phone... doesn't make sense but the rest of their policies don't make sense.

Denise was recommended by another Logan resident, as I'm from AZ and needed a manicure/pedicure. The shop is very nice with a friendly atmosphere. Denise was an excellent choice and did a great job the few times I was there.

There was no silver lining with our horrible experience here at Silver Lining Salon. This company only wants your money. And apparently only wants it once because I will not be going back, EVER!

Do NOT visit this business. Do NOT buy a pass here. They don't give you any proof of your pass and don't honor it. I bought a 9 punch tanning pass for my daughters and when we tried to tan they could see the pass but the computer would "access" it. So after standing there waiting for 10 minutes we were sent away. No explanation, no reason. Completely embarrassing! Felt so d*** just standing there. Might as well throw your money away. At least you won't be embarrassed!

I went in for a mani-pedi with the technician, Jessica, on Saturday March 6th. Her skills are excellent and worthy of a great review. She fixed a bad acrylic manicure for me that I received from another store. Jessica's work is impeccable. She also gave me the best pedicure I've had in years.

Silver linings salon is the best! Kalley Murphy is an amazing hairstylist and is so sweet and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone!

The salon in general is a really nice salon. I went with a friend and she took about an hour with each and it was so bad. But seriously the worst pedicure I have ever had she just had you soak your feet and right after polish your toe nails with out shaping your toenails not cutting off the cuticles and dead skin. Barely even scrubs your feet the only good thing I would say is the scrub on the legs she did was good. Grant you she is newly graduated from school but you would think they showed her how to do a good pedicure. But you try going to a nice establishment and they just don't do the same work the Asian owned salons do they can't compare to the work those ladies do.

The manager there was rude and arrogant. The actual stylist/barber was awesome and did a great job. But the manager should probably learn to handle situations better.
