The staff was super helpful and informative and their prices were lovely. We got 2 trees from them and paid about half of what my Mom paid elsewhere forn2 trees.

Perfect small town garden center. Owners are down to earth people and you'll always get the help you'll need. Might not be the fastest but they do what they can. Never once have I waited a long time or felt ripped off after leaving.

I’ve purchased from Green Acre for over 15 years. They sell quality plants, trees and shrubs. I’ve probably purchased 8 trees and over 50 shrubs for my previous 3 acre property and now I’m buying more for our one acre property. They’ve earned my business and this review.

We love to buy local. That being said, this is the only place we go grab extra plants for our garden and raised beds and pots. Their pottery is quality and so are the outdoor sculptures. We have been customers since we came to Texas 10 years ago.

Green Acre Garden Center is the best ! It is my favorite place in Van Alstyne!) the owners are amazing and very knowledgeable, lovely atmosphere, their nurseries are on Top! Pretty good and healthy selection! I planted lots of plants (evergreens, bushes, fruit trees, ornamental trees) during last year and all of them are doing great! Highly recommended!! Thank you!!!
