Great facility. Fantastic customer service. We picked this one because of the gentleman that answered the phone was so welcoming and kind to the area. He even gave us tips where to eat and much more. I believe his name was Clayton. Great Guy and a Great place to store your stuff!

Excellent customer service. I've had storage units at this location for over 10 years and the staff is always respectful, kind, and helpful. If you're tired of "corporate" storage facilities where you are just another account, then this is the place for you! I can't say enough good things about management. Additionally, the storages are clean and "critter-free." I hadn't been in one of my storages for several years and expected the worst when I rolled up the door, but it was just how I left it with no signs of rodents or other such animals. All around GREAT place to store your things!!

Since they changed owners this place has went to hell! I have had a unit since 2017 and moved my belongings out yesterday. The on site manager had cut my lock and left a nice little note with his signature. There was stuffing missing and other stuff dumped out of boxes and thrown back inside. It’s infested with mice and most of my stuff is now ruined from this. The units also flood! It’s owned by a franchise and no longer locally owned. There are rude thief’s that work there and take what they want. They also will charge your credit card for amounts not approved. If you like what you own do not store your belongings here.

Josh was so helpful in all my moving supplies questions even recommended things to make our move out of State much easier. I know we will need more stuff in bulk and will definitely be called Josh the Property Manager again.I would also like to add I have had a Storage unit here as well for about 6 months and the property was very well taken care of, super friendly would hands down would recommended this Property to anyone!
