I ordered online, and my package was listed as delivered, but I did not have it. Tori and Jordan worked with me to get a replacement package. I am so happy with my order and so happy with this store. I was worried my items were going to go out of stock before we could figure out a solution. The store held the items for me until it was decided a replacement was needed. Thank you so much for everything! Im in love with my new wallets!

I found Mi Vida searching for a Consulea purse that was out of stock. (The Millie Downtown). I placed my order on a Sunday and it was received in the mail on Wednesday! Wonderfully quick service and packaged well. I will definitely order from this boutique online again- as I'm not quite local to Uvalde but still in Texas.

I received my order quickly and it was as expected, however I changed my mind about it. The only way to return is to email the company to initiate the return. I have emailed several times and have never received a reply. Buyer beware of this before you spend your money here.

Bought a Consuela bag for my wife was sold out everywhere but found it here thankfully. Ordered online and it was sent and received quickly with thank you stickers on box for buying from small business. Got here before Christmas and wife loved it. Great service.

My HONEST opinion and experience Ordering from Mi Vida . Well… shipping was great , packaging was secure and amazing . However , my item . The Inked Sling had some pen marking . The leather strap on the sling that I converted into a larger wedge still has that sticky stuff from tape packaging. Anyway . I was able to clean it some I ended up grabbing a steak knife and scratching the pen marking out , thinning the zipper . (You can’t tell) it just really sucked that it had that pen marking and the sticky stuff on my strap . Over all it’s precious. It’s definitely something I will keep and use for a while . I removed the luggage tag and put charms instead and I personally think with a perfect bag and some charms this bag is the cutest. Dress it up or dress it down the interior was immaculate such a precious Pepsi sexy blue . It’s gorgeous . Thank you for the quick shipping over all I recommend just next time please don’t be so careless. Thank you ✨

I received my 2 Consuela classic totes in the mail today and all I can say is WOW! They were package so beautifully and I love them both!! Jessica helped me over the phone as I am a Texan, currently working out of state. She was so sweet and efficient and I will definitely do business with Mi Vida again. Shop small!
