“The previous review posted to the flower patch was not accurate. We did our very best in the short amount of time given. On a busy day this order was placed and requested same day delivery. At the family’s request we worked on all of their arrangements as quickly as possible to be sent over right away. We apologize for everything you went through on that particular day and we hoped to make this day a little easier for you. It is customary to staple the letter for one reason when the standing spray gets sent out to the cemetery the heat will cause the letter to unstick. To prevent this from happening we secure them so that at all times you have a beautiful arrangement. And in regards to the spelling we placed the letters on the banner the way you had written them down. Again we apologized and fixed it right way. Lastly, I am Latina I took your order and designed your funeral order and I am not racist.”
