I went in with no car knowledge having car trouble. I came out with my issues being solved, and new friends. Every person in the staff was so willing to help me out and they really made sure that everything was worked through and properly done. Charlie was a godsend and was the sweetest. Huge thanks to Jeff? Too.

Mr. Hill takes care of business. I was in a remote area and had 2vehicles to work on and every suggestion he made worked. Now I have 2 vehicles running thanks to him. He’s a keeper and earned my loyalty. I’ll gladly go out of my way to buy things or get suggestions from him. Thank you!!!

The staff is very knowledgeable, the store is clean and well organized. They tested my battery and it was going out. So I purchased a new one and they put it in my car. I highly recommend Auto Zone.

Autozone prices are the only thing I can probably complain about. Customer service is absolutely top tier when it comes to the Uvalde store. I know all of the men on a first and last name basis, they always help me with the experience and professionalism they carry. Joe, Charlie, Richard, and Orlando are great faces to see when I need parts or have questions for my repairs. You can experience the value of the information and helpful tips only at this store. that's what sets this store apart from its competitors. amazing men with great work ethic and honesty.

What and amazing experience. The auto zone staff was perfect very helpful. Car was over heating and the care they had be very helpful, I will definitely come back. Very clean store. Great place to get car parts.
