I'm assuming that Chase has all the business it can handle because clearly they don't want mine.I've received countless offers over the years with promotions to move a business checking account to chase. Problem is, you cannot do it online and I promised myself I would never set foot in a bank again......but, recent offer was sweet enough that I thought I'd call to find out what I would need to bring (certainly don't want to go twice!), how long it would take, best time/day......Called 5 times, couldn't get a human, everyone "busy helping other customers". Tried the Preston Center branch, same thing. Just for fun (and to make a better story for me to share w/ folks...), I tried this branch 8 more times. No one ever answered, even though I pressed the option for "Open New Account", which would be high priority, right?I've tried very hard to give Chase my money, but they don't want it.

Jason Williams, branch manager is the man. He’s able to deal with complex trust issues like a pro. I highly recommend this specific branch thanks to Jason.

Left another Chase bank to come to this one to do a simple transaction(The other branch was happy to not help or find someoen to help). They were helpful and professional at this branch. Will only come to this brank now. Also, not a very busy branch so less wait time.

This is my first google review ever - if I could give it less than one star I absolutely would. My business account was deleted (without my knowledge) along with all of the funds in it. They then would NOT release the funds back to me because they didn’t believe I was the owner of my business. I’ve had to go back into chase 5 different times now - STILL trying to get MY money back and apparently no one can provide me a written guarantee that the deposit has been made because their emails “go through an approval process”. Going on 8 weeks without the money in my account. The banker helping me was Mclaran. DO NOT recommend this location whatsoever.

I need help with linking accounts to the app. It is question for a couple of minutes. On Saturday this branch had only one employee. And he was talking with client about … games. We were waiting for a 10-15 minutes and after they said that they are closing and have another appointment. No one helped with the app. And why on weekend there was only one employee?

I would recommend this Chase if you apply for a credit card.My boy got help from ‘ Michael’ (not sure spelling). My boy is one of the ‘nerdy’ scientist wearing old pants, broken shoes, also he has messy hair. But this Chase and especially Michael was so nice to him and friendly help him applying for a credit card, Also check and make sure everything go well on the pre-approval stage. That’s exactly he need! This is something online banking doesn’t provide, but staff at this Chase helped! My boy actually went to another Chase(Mckinny street), staff there judged him based on his appearance and insulting him through a unpleasant eye contact. Then My boy walked to this Chase, where he used to go to during his college years at SMU.I highly recommend this Chase to you! Especially you need a real person to help you with your card.

Why does this particular bank take 8-10 to do a deposit at the drive though? I’m told they have old slow computers but it’s maddening. And doesn’t give me much assurance of security either.
