The manager here had outstanding customer service. He provided solutions and did what he could for the best outcome for my shipping. He went out of his way to make sure I would have a chance of low damage to my items, as well as creating a possibility to be reimbursed for any damage when there was no chance before. God bless him.

The store owners here have helped me beyond words. I've learned a lot being here and love what I've learned. If the world had more people like Kevin and Lisa, everywhere would be a better place!

The UPS Store at Kitty Hawk is a great location, providing multiple services conveniently. Although the entire staff is very professional, one particular service personnel, ALYX, has always stood out from the rest as very humble and genuinely helpful. She always goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service exclusively. I have recently retired after 54 years in the hospitality industry, having served in meaningful positions and as such I enjoy a unique perspective when served by an exceptional employee. Please convey my best wishes and heartfelt gratitude to this awesome lady. Thanks !! ???

Called about PO box. Man who answered did not provide name and said, "we're really busy I have to put you on hold." I was on hold for about 8 minutes before I was hung up on. I called back. Monica answered, asked what I needed, and asked if she could place me on hold. I hung up at the 15 minute mark. I was trying to see how to renew my PO box.
UPDATE: One star added back*** I called back and spoke with Jaye (not sure how to spell). She answered all of my questions and assisted me with my issue. She was extremely helpful.

To Mr. and Mrs. Palmer: I just wanted to put in a great word all of yalls employees, and especially Bryce and Alyx. They had such a hard time getting copies of something important sent to UPS's computer to be printed for unknown reasons, but they stuck with it. Overall it was a pleasant atmosphere to start when another employee greeted everyone. I already told them to keep up the great work; now it's yalls turn.??????????

The best UPS store ever! I have been a customer for over 6 years, they have always been very professional and so welcoming. I highly recommend this UPS store for everyone in the Universal City and surrounding areas. They do their best to help everyone even when they're busy.
