Went into this location today for the first time and I just want to say that Grace was absolutely amazing. I would give her 10 stars if I could, 5 for her friendliness and another 5 for her awesome customer service thank you :) will definitely be back.

My husband dropped of a return for me (a purse) and even though I searched the pockets multiple times, I left an important card in one. An employee whose name I failed to get took the time to look me up and call me. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you SO much!

Small but very clean and organized store. A very helpful lady helped us with Amazon and AT&T returns. Doesn't have its own parking lot, you have to park near the Wellness Center, but it's just a few steps from UPS store

Went to this location to return a modem with a return shipping label. I had one printed on a small paper and was told it was too small and probably won’t scan. Without even trying to see if it’ll scan tells me they can print the return label for $3. I have never been charged to print a return label from any of the other UPS stores I’ve been to.

Came by to have copies made, Cassandra made the process quick and easy. Fast service, fair price- Will be returning to this location for future projects!

Absolutely disappointing. I stopped by the other day for a scan and email. I was charged for it but the email never happened. I called and they told me to go in to do the job this time. I go to spend my time and gas again and nothing was resolved the best they can do is refund me my money but now I have to go to another UPS store and get charged 5 times the amount. Why put someone that dosent know what they're doing on the register. Raquel needs more training. Cassandra did everything right except the most important thing of making sure the email sent.

Convenient location, only concern is how they make you pay a "SHIPPING AND HANDLING" when they receive your package.You got to pay your original Shipping and handling from the original purchase, then another when you go and pick up your product."It is our store's policy, every store is different."
