“I want to give kudos to Miss Nicki at this particular location! She was my hero today! I was struggling to get my storage unit opened as my husband normally takes care of anything with our storage.I went to the front office to ask for assistance and she went to my aid without hesitation. She educated me on how to open the storage unit as well as going above and beyond to get her tools to hollow out the area where the area for the lock needed to slide into to secure the door.It was drizzling and an overall hectic situation for myself but Nicki provided the assistance I needed and I was able to get into my unit as well as get my stuff put in storage with no worries! It would have been a waisted trip had it not been for Miss Nicki! She was so kind and laughed with me and made me feel better about the embarrassing situation lol.Nicki def needs a raise! Or promotion! My experience with life storage has been great but this just made it 10x better!Highly recommend this location for a storage unit for anyone in need! Customer service is great, on site assistance when needed and overall reassurance! Thank you again Nicki, I truly appreciate your assistance today!”
