First off I must say that Kim on the phone was so nice and very helpful, Im sure there's more than one kim sorry didn't get a cs# or something else to pinpoint her out for her awesomeness. Allow me to add.. Everyone is so very nice and full of smiles, no joking around, in over 20 years of service with RBFCU I've received nothing but nice & friendly service from all of the employees all the time and at all of the branches from SATX to DFW Thnx! ? I hope whoever is reading this review rewards Kim & the entire staff for their great customer service.

I had a horrible experience at this branch. The teller that “helped” me, Kimberly, was rude. I asked for a specific amount of change, she told me “no” (with an attitude); I can do X amount. We’re literally talking about a $3 difference here, so I just went along with it. She then went outback to get my change, came back with it along with her food, and proceeded to start eating as she’s helping me, again with an uncomfortable attitude. Then she said “do you have your ID?”, again, with an attitude. As she’s processing my transaction she then proceeds to start gossiping with the teller next to her in-front of me. It got so awkward that I just wanted to run out of there. I think she realized that I didn’t look too impressed, and then started with the small talk with me, but at that point I just wanted to leave. I’m also in customer service, and understand the importance of professionalism. She’s clearly over her job, and shouldn’t be attending to customers. Very off putting.

A merchant charged my checking account an incorrect amount in error. I contacted the merchant, they are correcting it on their end. Unfortunately, as a 50 year customer on a fixed income, my account is about to incur a NSF charge. The merchant advised me that as the NSF charge was coming from my bank, that i had to speak to my bank re having that removed. When I called and spoke to a rep at rbfcu, I was advised that the merchant would have to send in a letter for review to see if that was possible. Very disappointed.

I will be going somewhere else. After being a client of the branch for 16 years!! I'm a truly heart broken. I have 2 auto loans with this bank. Never missed a payment ever!!!!! Lost my job asked for 1 month of help for one of my loans. They told me that they can not help at all!!! My mother has a new bank that gave her a 2 month grace period to help her catch up. Funny how loyalty means nothing here, the only thing they care about is money. Shameful!!!!Update 10/10/23Called was on hold for 2 hours to still be told there is nothing they can do!! Now I will be finding a new bank for all my needs. if I could leave this bank 0 stars I would!

Choose elsewhere. They have no after hours for customer support. You have a problem at 530….sorry for you. Tried to add my husband to my account and they messed it up for days. Any loan paperwork I had to specifically ask for it. I docusigned and completed loan paperwork but giving me financing paperwork that is required to actually purchase the vehicle you must ask for. I have never had so much trouble purchasing a car until I used them. They won’t call any car dealership to help. God forbid they have to pick up the phone. Never again.

Best rates, friendly staff, a little bit slow but that's because they're taking their time checking everything to make sure it's perfect, I've been a customer since that Branch opened and I go to other Banks and this Credit Union is the best

Getting really tired of RBFCU web site problems. The site constantly ask me to verify myself just to say incorrect. When you call the branch, they are often clueless.Please become professional again.

You really NEED to beef up your cyber security. As a bank I’m appalled by the number of scam calls, texts and emails I get claiming to be from Randolph brooks. It’s horrible!

Terrible experience at the RBFCU location in Live Oak!! I went to deposit money in the ATM and ATM took my card and gave me back my money and said there was a problem with my account. However, it makes no sense because literally just before I went to the bank I had paid my rent bill at the Walmart for over $1000. Plus that card was brand new, I just got that replacement about a week ago.
