1017 Pat Booker Rd suite d, Universal CityI love this place. I have been taking my 3 dogs here for around 7 years. The staff is friendly and patient with my little ankle biters. They take great notes so they know how I like my dogs hair cut. All I have to do is call and make the appt. The dogs always look great. They also take great care of my dogs while waiting for their cuts. They take them on potty breaks and give them snacks. I've never had an issues with nics or cuts. That was a huge problem I had with my past groomer. The facility is clean and the prices are great (that's important to me cause I have 3 fluffs). I'll never take my dogs anywhere else.

I had to make the most difficult and heart wrenching decision to let my sweet Kirby go in peace to the after life today. Denise and all those in the front office were wonderful and empathetic in helping me prepare for the appointment.
Dr. Proctor has been treating Kirby through his golden years and has provided the most sensitive and compassionate care. I am so grateful he was able to assist my Kirby today in a peaceful and painless passing. He was quick, caring, and professional and my Kirby went to peace and rest with us by his side. Dr. Proctor really cares about his patients with such a genuine and big heart and I think that made a huge difference in my Kirby’s comfort and and ease on his final journey. It could not have gone better. I am so grateful for Dr Proctor and UC for providing top notch care.

My pet loves to go there because when he sees his technicians he's happy I highly recommend this veterinarian the only negative I would say would be they charge you for an appointment so you can get there which I understand, but when you get there on time, and several minutes early and they don't see you till 20 minutes after or 30 minutes after your appointment time which means you're there for practically an hour for an appointment that lasted 10 minutes

She was very friendly and when we told her it was our first time she gave us a paper menu and recommended drinks for us! As she was helping us sign up for rewards, our drinks were ready! 5 stars for Makayla and the team on 11/9/24 at 10:30am Everything was great ?

I’m not vegan & am not even sure I’ve ever had anything strictly vegan (as meat/dairy substitute) but the burger was out of this world! The burger itself was full of flavor & texture was on point. The cheese was oh so melty! My hubby just had the sweet potatoes but asked for the maple syrup drizzled on top. 10/10 so good! Tara the owner is super sweet, cool, funny & helpful! We will def be back & she may have turned us onto something ;)

Dutch Bros Coffee
1100 Kitty Hawk Rd, Universal CityWe stopped by to pick up two cups of coffee before embarking on a 2 hour drive. One of the coffees was an expresso with white chocolate and the other a cold pour zombie two times extra sweet decaf.
The expresso white chocolate was made correctly. The server made a mistake on the second part of the order and prepared it with ice in the coffee instead of just pouring the coffee over ice. This was discovered after we had left, and we're down the street. Otherwise, I'm sure this would have been corrected.
Parking: Parking was easy, as the place has a spot where approximately 5 cars can park and walk up to the takeout window.
