They take great notes so they know how I like my dogs hair cut. All I have to do is call and make the appt. The dogs always look great. They also take great care of my dogs while waiting for their cuts. They take them on potty breaks and give them snacks. I've never had an issues with nics or cuts. That was a huge problem I had with my past groomer. The facility is clean and the prices are great (that's important to me cause I have 3 fluffs). I'll never take my dogs anywhere else.

I had to make the most difficult and heart wrenching decision to let my sweet Kirby go in peace to the after life today. Denise and all those in the front office were wonderful and empathetic in helping me prepare for the appointment.
Dr. Proctor has been treating Kirby through his golden years and has provided the most sensitive and compassionate care. I am so grateful he was able to assist my Kirby today in a peaceful and painless passing. He was quick, caring, and professional and my Kirby went to peace and rest with us by his side. Dr. Proctor really cares about his patients with such a genuine and big heart and I think that made a huge difference in my Kirby’s comfort and and ease on his final journey. It could not have gone better. I am so grateful for Dr Proctor and UC for providing top notch care.

My pet loves to go there because when he sees his technicians he's happy I highly recommend this veterinarian the only negative I would say would be they charge you for an appointment so you can get there which I understand, but when you get there on time, and several minutes early and they don't see you till 20 minutes after or 30 minutes after your appointment time which means you're there for practically an hour for an appointment that lasted 10 minutes

Other than the fries needing a little more salt, and the bread being too soft (I had to use a fork after a few bites), it was great quality and portion for the price! Very nice and accommodating service as well. You can wait in your car.
