Sam went above and beyond to help my family out. He made sure I knew about all the available promotions and did everything he could to make sure we left happy and satisfied. I would always go to the location in Schertz and they were never really helpful. I will now go to this location as long as Sam is there!!

The store manager Sam accessed my account after I left the store. After they were closed to be exact. He made changes without my knowledge or permission. I will never visit this store again and would advise anyone who does go there to pay close attention to what you're being charged before making any payments.

The employee/ manager took it upon himself to access my girlfriend's account without her permission and make changes she DID NOT authorize!!!!THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND OUTRAGEOUS! This was our favorite store, NOT ANYMORE!

I had my phone stolen and needed help with verifying my account and activating a new phone I had purchased.Aamir was extremely helpful and he even stayed late to ensure that I had access to my phone for work and my personal needs. He went absolutely above and beyond to assist me and showed true commitment to serving the customer no matter what it took.That man needs a raise.Overall, my experience here was excellent and the customer service we received was top notch.

Overcharged, $40 for activation fee. 40 for phone case. 40 for glass screen protector!!! The other stores are half this price and they all say that everyone complains about this store
