Two weeks ago my husband and I went to this store looking for a nook breakfast and while doing the tour around the store, Mrs. Linda welcomed us in a very friendly and professional manner, we began to dialogue in English and we both quickly realized that we speak Spanish, so everything from then on was in Spanish five stars for this. However, the idea of buying the breakfast nook remained in the past because I fell in love with a beautiful king bedroom set and my husband and I finalized the purchase with the bedroom set. During this process, Ms. Linda introduced us to Mr. Adrian who, with great kindness, professionalism and a lot of patience, offered us 100-star service. From the purchase process and procedures to the help and delivery of our bedroom set because there were some setbacks and he with great diligence and empathy helped us to such a level that he personally came to our home to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. from the furniture to the service. Furthermore, his help and guidance extended beyond what my husband and I could have expected. I mean it exceeded any expectations, my husband and I are very grateful to the staff of this store located on Pat Brooker. Had the saleswoman quote one price and had the paperwork all drawn up. The manger jumped in on it and raised the price. That was horrible to do. I think once he saw how much credit we were approved for he was greedy and wanted to get it all, so he raised the price.

Good selection of products in store. Lots of payment options. Their delivery system is terrible. They called me at 8:20am on a Saturday and said they were 10 minutes out from my place. I called back at 9:50am and they said they were heading my way in 15 minutes. I called the store at 12:20 and asked what was going on. I got told that the delivery guys should be here soon. I don't have words for how bad this feels.

Mega Furniture is a great place to purchase furniture. This was our first time coming here. We were assisted by Ms. Linda Perez. She was very professional and saved us time and money. We were able to get the dining set we wanted and delivery was a lot quicker than expected. We will return. Thank you!

Marisol is fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable, patiently answered all our questions, and helped us get a great deal on a new couch that we're quite happy with. The delivery process also went very smoothly. Working with this store was a great experience from start to finish and next time we need new furniture, we'll definitely check here first.

Went in there to buy a mattress and my sales person Marisol was amazing helped me make the right decision, then one of the lady’s in the front office Erica answered my questions during checkout and was very helpful! Definitely am going to recommend to my friends and family!?

My partner and I were looking for a new sectional and decided to come to this location, our salesperson Marisol was so helpful and patient with us, we had no idea what we wanted, with her help we found one we really liked. Usually it can be kind of uncomfortable shopping for furniture but Marisol was very pleasant and kind. We will for sure be back to buy dining room set!
