Im all for supporting local businesses especially if its a cigar shop but honestly their prices are way too high compared to specs, total wine, smoke shops and HEB. Its also not a very all inclusive place I definitely never feel very welcomed when i enter the lounge I’ve even been called a name as soon as i entered the building.

Visiting in San Antonio the weekend of January 6, 2024. I stopped into this cigar lounge to grab a few cigars. The lounge was clean and the owner was very friendly. The cigar selection was great and affordable. I would recommend this cigar lounge for anyone stopping in to grab a smoke or to sit, chill and smoke.

Stopped in there today to get a cigar or two and ended up hanging out for smoke. Had a really enjoyable time. I always here about how cool the Cigar community is and it's alive and well at Mams. I am new and this was my first time at a Cigar lounge. I will definitely go back.

If you smoke cigars... you need to check this place out. omg, just hang on one of their recliners smoking a nice cigar.. I purchased a 52 minute smoker and could meditate while puffing... I went back to work supercharged... I will be back.

Don't make the mistake of carrying a fine cigar (unlit) into "his" establishment if you don't get rid of it immediately you're treated as though you're a problem.I get it,you want to sell cigars,no reason to press me on it,you see I'm on crutches "guy."I wanted to purchase one or two as well as a cutter.Only stop, last stop.

If your in the area (Universal City)and in need of a Cigar you need to come by and check this place out Marshall and the staff are Knowledgeable ,Friendly, Funny and most of All KIND!!!! If your not afraid of trying something new in the "Cigar World" that you might not see at the other Cigar Shops come by and sit down and relax stay and enjoy the experience that they offer.Thank you Marshall and staff

If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband was going to get a haircut next door, and saw the shop. I told him we would check it out afterwards because I didn’t know UC had a cigar shop. After getting out of the truck the owner immediately began an argument about his parking lot. He even walked towards my husband as if he was going to start a fight. Then proceeded to call my husband a “fake” veteran since he served in the Navy. We always support veteran owned businesses, but will never support this one. Will tell all family, and friends as well. This could all have been avoided if the owner could have simply asked us to move the vehicle instead of threatening to have us towed.

Owner is knowledgeable and very welcoming. Great selection of sticks. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely worth stopping in.
