I used to work here and it’s gone downhill since store leads Jason and Erick left. The constant and obvious monitoring at the self check out is outrageous and disgusting. Like other stores have cameras to catch anyone stealing. I was at the Bulverde location a few weeks ago and scanned toilet paper to fast and the register played the video back to let me/cashier know it was not scanned correctly. Kitty Hawk is the worst with customer service. And the partner yelling, pushing a cart around with the weekly specials is obnoxious. Unnecessary.

It is dirty and unkept. The cashiers are rude and clerks are slow and do not bag appropriately like they are undertrained.

This used to be my go-to Heb store, but lately, it seems like a lot of their shelves are empty... I'm not sure if it's because it's a busy store/they havent restocked/ or they aren't getting shipments in?? Pretty bummed I have to travel a bit farther to shop at a different store. Also, produce has been lacking lately in quality as well.

So I have to say, every time I come to this store it’s always clean and organized.
But I want to shout out to the management there, especially Abel, for assisting me with damage my car sustained there. They showed a lot of integrity helping me find the responsible party and for that I will always recommend shopping at this location.

Nothing like being profiled. It seemed like there was a thief in the store - a Black woman apparently. However, the HEB employees at this store didn't hesitate to rudely stare me down as if I was the thief. Today, the managers were suspiciously near me as I was buying deli meat. I heard on their radio that the woman came in with Walmart bags. Obviously, I didn't match the description, but I found it odd that they stopped near me though.
Then as I'm in the check out line, the two managers were standing far behind me again. At this point, I began to question if they were following me. There was, however, a Black woman in front of me who was very tall, and seemed impatient. I'm not sure if she was their suspect, but this woman towered me in height. I'm 5'0 and she looked almost 5'9 to six feet.
This was the second time that these weird acting HEB employees stared at me as if I stole something, and I should have said something out loud. I use to love this HEB, but they changed drastically during the plandemic. You still have employees wearing masks, I digress. I'm not through with this complaint seeing as I no longer feel safe shopping at this bizarre HEB, and I feel very insulted. I will call corporate if possible.

This location is a little difficult because the parking lot is smaller and the area is so busy! But this location is no different than any other as far as items and availability.

If you're going to use these stupid locking shopping carts can you please have someone standing by the exit ready to unlock my cart full of groceries I just paid for? It's instantly infuriating to be pushing a full cart of groceries you just paid for and have it lock on you at the exit and no one's anywhere near to help.

This area is horrible very rude women and broke people that have a lot mental problems. I recommended renovating all of San Antonio because of these people. I recommended going somewhere else.
