I want to commit suicide every time I wait in the pick up car line. For a prepaid prescription I typically wait 30-40 min in the car line. Absolutely insane and infuriating for HEB. I will be changing pharmacies.

They forgot to give me one of my meds while I had the flu. Called and they didn't care just said drive back up here...I live 30 minutes away and have the flu..

At least the pharmacy is a disaster ♀️ ??, they live lost with the information about the medications and due to their lack of organization and interest when it comes to providing a service they make them take two or three trips to the pharmacy ?, all so that In the end they tell you that the medicine was always there, they call you and tell you that your prescription is ready and when you arrive they can't even find your name ??

The pharmacy customer service has really stepped it up! They are not understaffed like other pharmacies. Im so glad I transferred all my RX’a from CVS. The autopay feature is extremely convenient!!!

Been getting my prescriptions filled here a few years now, I like the staff but the place is busy most of the time. I suggest getting the app and paying ahead so you can just go to the pickup window instead of waiting in line.

Like most Texans, we are HEB fans. My wife told me to pick up stuff for tacos as she was working tonight. Walking by the grill area, I noticed the one pound of chicken fajita meat for $7.99 and thought it would save me a minute if I did not have to cook the meat, so I bought it. After I got home, I was disappointed to find the chicken was charred, overcooked, and rock hard. The texture was like tough chicken jerky and barely edible. Not the best idea. Not going to do that again!

Amazing. The CVS did not have a medication my wife needed immediately for a severe infection. So we called HEB in Cibolo, but unfortunately they did not have it either. The lady checked their database and found the HEB on Kitty Hawk did have it in stock.In just over an hour it was filled. And fortunately our insurance covered this medication because it costs nearly $6,000 for a complete regimen. Thank you for such wonderful work today.

HEB'S Pharmacy is awesome! In Universal City, Tx. They are personable, gentle and kind all the while getting their job done effectively with precision and quickness.They even remembered my name only after a couple times picking up my prescriptions.The newest thing, is that they do deliver for free, if you are in the correct range of them and perhaps for disabled and seniors too!It's so nice that businesses are taking into consideration ones income status as a disabled or senior person.Even in the shopping part of this particular HEB most everyone, not just employees, shoppers too for the most part, seemed very kind & friendly.

The people here are so much better and friendlier than anywhere else I have been. They're really just on top of everything, they say they'll call back and they do call back. And they're a lot cheaper than anywhere I have been.

Literally the slowest effin pharmacy ever. Was in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. There was only two cars in front of us. Smh
