Love this thrift store! I feel better spending my money here and actually helping my community instead of Goodwill. Debra (short hair and glasses) is so sweet and always remembers me. Sometime the prices can be a little odd and all over the place, but if you can go on a sale day they’re sales are really good.

There is a grumpy old lady who works there, and is so rude to customers! As long as she is there, I will donate and shop somewhere else, who understands how to treat customers.

The lady with the short grey hair is extremely rude.My child wanted to buy a few coats to hand out to homeless folks because winter is coming & it’s supposed to be very cold this year.He saw a precious moments bell that said “Love one another “ and remembered about how Jesus taught us to be kind to one another. He picked up the bell to show me & then he rang it to make sure it worked because there was some bells that didn’t work sold there.This lady with short grey spikey like hair gave us these horrible rude glares & She told my son in an rude, loud, ugly voice with an ugly scrunched up face ….Don’t ring that bell” I was standing right by my child in shock because of her rudeness. My child is very shy & well behaved.Mind you the 5 or more loud bells ? on the door ? were louder than my child’s little bell.I think the owners should hire individuals that know how to be kind & have descent people skills. I think the rude lady needs to work away from the public if she can’t be kind.I bought the bell for my son & she didn’t say one word to me not even thank you. why? Why work in a public place if you act & look miserable?Very rude lady, may be time to retire & call it quits if she’s so grumpy & mean.I know Halloween is arriving but no need to act like a total witch especially to a sweet innocent little child.I will be not returning & I pray this establishment will hire people that can be kinder.

I went to Grasp Thrift Store this morning and found some cute little cow nic nacs. I wanted to buy them but, the computers were down. I could tell that the little lady with the short grey hair was upset but, she remained calm. Not sure if the computers are back up and running or not...going to try it one more time this morning. GOOD ADVICE: If you go to shop there and the computers are still down, do not get upset with that lady because, I understand how upsetting it can be when work computers are like that. I will do my best to remain a loyal customer.

I feel this thrift store is way over priced on their items. These things are used (keyword "used"). There were several items that were broken and they were asking a lot of money for it. Clothes had tears and stains. I have never been in this store when they have had any specials. The older gentleman that is usually behind the counter is not friendly what so ever. I don't know why he is even there if he doesn't want to be pleasant (would draw more customers if he was). It never seems to have very many people in the store when I go. Maybe charge better prices, clean up the store and organize it. It's so dusty and dark. Not my type of place.

Incredibly rude woman with short grey hair and glasses at front, I shopped the whole store with my iced coffee and grabbed a scarf to buy, I got to the front to look at jewelry and she rudely told me that " we don't allow drinks in here, you need to take that out." Then I asked where the sign is?? She said "there isn't one, but most clothing stores don't allow drinks." And I honestly felt like she just didn't want me in there shopping! She wouldn't even sell me the scarf because it didn't have a tag and she told me to come back Wednesday. I told her there is no way I was gonna come back just to buy a scarf. I went shopping here for years and I have never been treated this way. Shocked and appalled. Never coming back here again after 4 YEARS! If they don't want want you there, they will treat you poorly. Also, I had a bin of new items and a wedding dress I was going to ask her if I could donate to them after my purchase. You lost a loyal customer and an excellent donation. The owner should know about this woman and her behavior and If she's the owner, then she needs a different line of work.

Rushed over about 6 minutes before 5. Wanted to see if they had a table I could use for gluing and messy work. As I drove up the man in the store turned the lights off and LOCKED the door. I called and he answered pretending he was working I guess. I said and not in an ugly way, if you are going to clos3 before 5, then state closing at 4:54. He was like ok and hung up on meNo apology, just rude. There is a young man he works there and he is very nice and helpful. This guy does not need to work there.
