I came in for an oil change,told the cashier I wanted the $24.88 one. She tells me ok and lets me know it will take 30 minutes. 40 minutes later my truck is finally getting pulled in to be worked on,then she proceeded to tell me that the only oil change available is the $44.88. The cashier is rude and has been on her personal phone the whole time I believe her name is Keyla.

This particular store is pathetic. Most of these employees don't know the policies of Walmart. Especially when it comes to online price matching. The electronics department is slow & takes forever to find & get assistance for anything. The employees need customer service training. Very complacent attitudes.

By far this is the worst walmart i've been to! This store needs to reconsider who they hire as managers. Cynthia was so rude! She has no respect, a bad attitude and very unprofessional. She needs to be replaced!!!

Best customer service , from electronics. Rita , Tiffany , and the guys who put the tv in our car .. Cory and Nathan . We got a tv and tv stand on roll back .The employees did a great job !

For the third time now I have been accused for stealing. For one I just spent over $300, got checked by a representative at the cashier, I have 4 kids and my wife with me and I get stopped at the exit being accused for stealing something. Now why in the hell would I spend all my hard earned money to provide for my kids and then go out of my way to steal??? That's just stupid. I know there are idiots out there that steal. Deal with them. But come on go to this Walmart every week and spend hundreds of dollars for my family. Looks like I'll be shopping elsewhere. My money is no good here.

I ordered a Birthday cake to be picked up the next day at 5pm, the next day at 1pm it was canceled dur to no Baker. Went to the store and the young lady said could get a cake already made. No this was to be a special cake. Store manager not working today and no one knows if another manager on duty. This us the first time I am do dissatisfied. I've been a customer since day one. Shop th here at least twice a week. Ill now order my cakes from HEB.

This Walmart sucks. They have the worst employees they give you attitude no matter what the situation is. I'm always polite when I have to ask where something is and I search pretty hard first but it's tough when your at a new Walmart and don't know the layout. I asked where something is and they said somewhere in housewares I guess. Duh...Already checked there that's why I'm asking you but no thanks I'll just go to target and get it. If you don't know where it is no problem, just be polite and tell me that! They're soooo rude and checkout is even worse!!! I got this lady that didn't say hello to any of her customers and was literally tossing their groceries in the bags!? I had 2 trays of cupcakes and thought there's no way she'll do that to cupcakes and sure enough she picked them up on their sides and just shoved it in the bag and half the cupcakes rolled together and the icing smashed together. I'm sorry but are you an idiot!? Everyone knows you hold cupcakes sideways not up and down!? And then on top of that she started scanning the next persons order after my last item even though he had a divider and he had to yell stop because she just kept going and ignored everyone that was speaking to her!? I couldn't believe it. I've never had that awful of a cashier everyone in line was shocked and 2 people left and when to another line after her and the guy behind me got into it!? I went to the manager and asked if I can exchange the cupcakes due to the cashier smashing them and no apology what so ever just had an attitude for me approaching her instead of going to the customer service exchange area which she quickly pointed to. I didn't have time to wait because I needed to prepare the other thanksgiving desserts so I just left. I know Walmart customer service sucks but I've never seen it that bad!?? All 3 encounters with an employee!? I wasn't the only one that felt that way I heard another lady in the line saying the same thing!? This Walmart needs to step it up and give their employees better training. I'll be driving the extra 5 mins to target or fight the crowds at H‑E‑B before I ever come back here!

Aside from having terrible customer service this is also the worst staffed Walmart. The money transfer area is never staffed you have to stand there and hope someone decides to help or get help. The store never went back to 24hrs but shelves are scarcely stocked. Although they post hours of operation they will close at 10:30 and not allow customers in when 11 is the posted closing time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked a employee for help and he refused to help me get something from the top shelf bc he wasn't clocked in ? So I had to ask another customer to help me for literally TWO SECONDS because this guy was so rude and not clocked in. He's one of the cart guys, he wasn't showing his name tag, but he has a Texas A&M hat and sunglasses. Then the cashier I had was so rude for no reason and just rushed me away and gave me no time to load my items. Just a bad experience and it sucks bc I live down the road. I won't be back.

Buyer beware! Price on shelf does not match price at register and it has been six months or so. Not a small difference, about $3 per twelve pack! Sometimes they have been willing to correct the price at register, today they told me that would be illegal because it is alcohol & tobacco... so correcting the price is illegal but false prices on the shelf are fine?

I would frequent this Walmart when I lived in Converse and I must say it's gotten WAY BETTER then it was some 4 years ago. The isles are cleaner and better organized. The produce looks a little better, which is a BIG improvement from then. I shop VERY often being that I sell food and I have to go to kitty hawk HEB to shop for vegetables and herbs, because this location had such a HORRIBLE selection and what they did have was old or half dead. I guess the people over it now are on their J..O..B.. Hood to see it's gotten a revamp. Good for you kitty hawk Walzem.. Oh yeah, the picture of the pot pie tins you ask, because this is the ONLY Walmart I can find them at and I been to at least ten looking for just those tins to make my Crawfish and Shrimp Pot Pies.

Not very good at problem solving, I ordered an item, was given a receipt with date of pick up, went on that day, no one knows where it is or any idea of when to expect its arrival, I was told check back in 3 days . You know the drill, " sorry, unfortunately, I can't help you with your problem I just work here." For once lets see Walmart take responsibility for it's actions. Treat people how you want to be treated, for once would one of these big corporations, actually care about the little guys funding their lifestyles. Wanted to leave no stars, or half! Get it together Walmart!

I just had an absolutely unacceptable experience. My local Walmart made sure that an off the clock employee who showed up at 6:50am was first in line for PS5 by opening the grocery door when everyone was lined up at the home entrance, I had been camping out since 11PM the prior day. I was 3rd in the official line and the manager clearly showed favoritism and screwed every person who waited overnight in the freezing cold. When confronted the manager showed no remorse and tells us "first come first serve" which apparently meant nothing because we were the first lined up outside

We shop at this store regularly, but often times Direct TV/ AT&T is in the electronic department hassling customers. This weekend I told this guy no thank you and he was very rude as I walked away and yelled at me saying aww you have spectrum don't you. This is ruining Walmart's customer relations. I don't want to go in the back of the store anymore.

I came in the other day to look at some furniture and thanks to this one gentleman Tyler I got all the help I needed, he was very professional and friendly. He gave me all of his attention and made me feel like I was making the right decision so I will be coming back.. I definitely recommend this Walmart to anyone!
