“I went in really quick to purchase a couple of items. I was surprised to see they have some Mexican dulces!! Family Dollar has a nice variety of everything that you need for your home, kitchen, office or for yourself. This store is kept clean too! I hadn't been to one of these in such a long time. I'll be coming back for sure.”
“I don't live on this side of town... but I walked into this Dollar Tree store on FM 78. I was blown away. It is by far.... the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree/Dollar General type of store I have been inside of. Extremely friendly staff... and the store... my goodness so clean and organized... “So I spend a fair amount of time in dollar stores because while sometimes the bargains are not actually the deal you bargained for, I just like the overall feel of most of them. Dollar General isn’t favorite. Every time I see one I haven’t been in before, I have to go in. Anyway, I’ve been to this one many times before and while I’ve always had pretty good experiences with the employees in all of them, today one of the employees was kind to me in a way I really needed and you don’t see much of anymore. I’m really struggling financially right now, every day is a fight to have shelter, food…well I was short on my bill and instead of voiding everything out or looking down on me, she just covered the difference out of her pocket.To her and to whoever might read this…you might think little stuff like that doesn’t matter much but I can tell you, when you’re trying to do the right stuff but it seems like everything is still going wrong, when you’re hungry and you feel ashamed because you can’t seem to get it together like other people have, and when you really just need somebody to just be a little nice to you…and somebody blesses you like that…yeah, it matters. You never know…one small gesture might be what keeps somebody hanging onto hope, however threadbare it feels to them.So thank you for being nice to me today, Kind cashier from DG, please know it made all the difference cuz I really needed it.Also this store is always very clean, pretty well stocked and checkout is not too slow, relative to the lines in most dollar stores. Go here.”
“The store was pretty busy their frozen section was bare items were different prices down different isles but the staff were friendly the only thing I really didn't appreciate was carrying the bags after I spent 56.oo in heaven cleaning fluids and household items the carts couldn't leave the building. If I knew that I would of cut the shopping to a minimum.”

She helped make my trip quick and easy. They keep this store pretty well stocked making it easy to stop in here and pick up what I need. Keep up the good work.”

“Had purchased a bunch of planters and left but realized the price was more than I expected being everything was on sale. I reviewed my receipt and noticed the system didn’t charge where I was saving. Went in talked to the assistant manager Debbie and let me tell you! Debbie went above and beyond to make sure we did it properly and rang out the discount and I was super pleased with how she handled it with a long line thank you so much Debbie please let corporate know we need to make her a manager or give her a raise!!”

“I would like to recognize Ms. Valencia for her great service when I walked into the Dollar Tree in Schertz to buy some birthday supplies. She immediately asked if she can help with me with some mylar balloons. It's a Saturday and the register lines were longer than usual. In addition, there were a few people already in line to get more balloons. She proceeded to help everyone with a courteous and polite attitude. She worked fast and got everyone what we came for and checked us out so we can get on with our day. Great employee! We'll definitely be back to shop here.”
