This place never fails to amaze me! I have used them in the past. Today I showed up 10 minutes prior to closing time after another auto center inconvenienced me and they happily took care of my state inspection. I did not need an appointment and I was in and out! Highly recommend!!

Do yourself a favor and take your car here! These guys are honest and experienced and provide too notch service at affordable prices. They’re also companionate and patient. I can’t stress enough how wonderful Johnny and Daren are…the best of the best!

I’ve been going to D&M for 24 years. I’ve taken six different vehicles to be serviced there over that time, and consistently have my oil changed next door at the gas station.
Most recently I had a serious issue with my truck, and it was not running well at all. It turned out that the part needed was on back order and could take some time to get.
Within one week, they had tracked down the part and had it fixed and tested. The turning time was amazing and the final price was actually cheaper than the initial quoted price.
I have trusted D&M for 24 years and have no intention of changing my mind.

Why go anywhere else?
Darren and John and their professional staff at D&M Auto Repair are truly a great auto repair team and without question a full service, complete customer satisfaction auto shop in Universal City. Honest, reliable and I highly recommend this gem of a auto repair shop. To be honest, let's just say they are human and will do all they can do to respectfully make things right. D&M repaired our 2008 Ford -150 this past week and let me tell you, my wife's old truck is like brand new today. They found that we needed a new alternator (even going the extra mile after a factory defected new alternator and replaced it with a brand new alternator), new rotors, headlights, oil change, lube and filter, fuel injector cleaner, new sway bar, mass airflow sensor, transmission flush and a new stabilizing bar control link...the dudes know their stuff period! Thank you Darren and John for your true professionalism and honest trustworthy business!

I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Daren and his team at D&M Service Center! I have taken all vehicles I have had over the years to this organization. They offer a fair price and took care of replacing my alternator and battery in a timely manner. Daren even followed up with me to ask if I have experienced any problems since the repair. I shared with him that I have no complaints! My vehicle is running smoother and stronger. Now, that is what I call great customer service and professionalism! I will continue to refer friends to them when they need their vehicle repaired. Thanks again!

I recently visited D & M Service Center and was very impressed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The service was efficient and thorough, and they didn't try to upsell me. Overall, excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommend!

This is my first time bringing my car to D&M. I had heard good things about them in the past. Wish I had gotten here sooner! My car needed a lot of work and Daren broke it down to do the most crtical repairs now and work on the rest later on.
Great customer service and I know they worked hard getting it done so quickly

Hard to find a honest repair shop these days. D&M is that shop. Had MAJOR issues with my Buick Enclave. Daren and the crew explained everything in detail before performing any work. They also worked with my Warranty Company and minimized my out of pocket costs. They repaired everything that was wrong with my car and they were professional, fast and always had time to talk to me and explain everything. I would highly recommend that if you are having issues with your vehicle take it to D&M and Daren and crew will take care of you.

Daren and his team at D& M service center are quick, reliable and great mechanics. I would recommend them to any and all that have vehicle issues. I live in San Angelo and came to Universal City to pick up N old truck that had been sitting for three years with a messed up manifold gasket. They checked all my fluids replaced the gasket and tuned up my truck for a very reasonable price and had me ready to go in less than a week. Thank you Daren! You and your guys are the best!

Best mechanic shop I’ve been to! First of all, all the guys are beyond sweet & extremely helpful. It’s definitely a family feel to this shop. They really do care about giving you the best service! Secondly, my car was a hot mess when I brought it in. And they worked endlessly to figure out the issue & fixed it at a great cost. No funny business, straight to the point. I will definitely refer this place to anyone who is needing work on their vehicle & will continue to bring my vehicle to them for future services!
