Awful customer service....called because the website has my prescription on hold. Rude woman answered the phone asked me what I needed. I told her I had a prescription on hold, long pause I was waiting for her to ask me my name and date. I don't like overwhelming people with all this information they're not ready for since she sounded like she was doing other things. She said "well you gonna tell me your name?" in the most condescending tone. You ask a question if you want the answer don't you?

I had my prescription sent in the night before to find it not ready the next day. The extremely rude Hispanic lady said they didn't fill it because of the high cost of the medication. I knew the cost and they made an assumption that I couldn't afford it. My visit from beginning to end was horrific. Extremely rude lady, obviously didn't want to be there or help customers. I'll spend my money elsewhere in the future

With the exception of 1 or 2 techs, they've always been so nice and helpful to me when I go there. Especially the pharmacists. They don't make you stand there looking stupid. They actually acknowledge you when you walk up. Be patient with them. You're not their only customer and they've been dealing with rude people all day. Be the light for them. Give them some grace. Glad that I switched to this store.

Shamelessly overpriced! It really should be illegal for the type of prices they have. I’ve heard of “convenience fees” before but they way overdoing it! I literally HATE that they can get away with this!

If I could rate it 0, I would. The store manager with the “beautiful” tattoo on his arm was very rude and had no patience for kids. He works in customer service but has no customer service skills. I’m surprised he still has a job and I wonder why CVS keeps him.

The staff at this store is terrible, unprofessional and downright rude. To really make change, I have complained toMy insurance company and requested to have meds elsewhere. To all others please do the same. It’s no wonder they are having to close stores. I’ll take my biz elsewhere.

This location was fantastic. The cashier was wonderful and the team was just ready to help! I know most customers are short tempered and don’t have any patience, but I do I’m not like most Americans!

I have used CVS for years The pharmacy staff is getting very VERY rude Sophia might have some issues she was rude unprofessional felt like I was calling a nail salon. I will be moving my RX to HEB
