Horrible!! Lady there was not helpful and you can’t really understand her and seems she just wants you out of the way,no service ethic rude.I asked her what the charge was for she told me SIM card but didn’t receive one.She got aggravated because I questioned her SO SHE got upset and canceled payment and told me to leave.I would never recommend anyone to come her if you need help or question I guess they might be good at taking payment.

I purchased phone on Monday morning, returned it Wednesday morning. They only would give me a partial refund. I asked for several different prices on several different phones was quoted price for the phone not for a bundle package . Apparently you only get 24 hours to return accessories. I now have a $89 phone cover I can never use. I've been with this company for 8 years. Never have I been told I was buying a bundle. I was only ever told of the purchase price of the phone I selected .The lady denied that she did not tell me that I was buying a bundle. Took no ownership whatsoever. She claimed that she told me that it was a bundle. I'm very unhappy with my service, the fact I've been with the company for so long and no credit whatsoever stuck with something I can, never use ... Be warned if you buy a bundle you won't get your money back if you decide you don't like the phone.. very very very very very angry and dissatisfied with my service at

Worst customer service ever there was a Hispanic lady who refuses to make my payment due to no ID she then told me you should of gotten a email or text about the change I lost my ID along with my debit and credit cards and social security my wholeWallet was stolen just a week ago during my daughters quince and needed to make a payment until my new card comes in this week she then told me ok she would only do it once without an ID I said ok I still set up the payment with the auto payment once I get my card and with all the crazy changes and us moving I may switch services soon. The lady got very rude and said ok your gonna term your service then I won’t make your payment. She then told me I was not worth her losing her job for but for me to call cricket and see if will give her permission. I saw her service a person before never asked for his ID. It’s seemed so funny how she was ok to make them payment at 1st but once I said I may have to cancel soon because we are moving due to marrying military service and I had cricket for so long I now have to change due to moving over seas. She then was laughing on her ear piece with whom ever she was speaking with and laughing thinking it was funny cricket rep totally understood my situation and did not understand why this location employed such rude and disrespectful staff. Then even credited my account for having to deal with such a rude team member and apologize for my experience with this ugly woman. I Will be posting the photo and video on social media as well of how this woman behaved I will never shop at this location again and will tell everyone in my subdivision to stay away from this cricket store. Worst service ever in my life rude as can be and the last could barley even speak English

July 05, 2022 6:30pm they give very bad service, the woman who attended us seemed angry all the time, she does not want to attend to you and does not know how to solve your problem, do not go there, instead I went to the FM 78 branch and they attended me very well and they solved my problem, Pat Booker's person does not know anything about phones

My boyfriend and I went in to ask for help about buying a new phone. One of the ladies was nice but didn’t really want to help us. She didn’t explain what we needed very well and just let us stand there looking clueless. We went to another Cricket store down the road, very helpful people. Walked out with a brand new iPhone, case, and screen protector.
